When you create an account, we collect:

• Account creation date

2.2 Test Data

When you upload a ride file (.FIT format) for analysis, we process:

• Power output data (watts over time)
• Body weight (as entered by you)
• Derived physiological metrics (Critical Power, W', VO₂max estimate, power zones)

2.3 Technical Data

We automatically collect standard technical data including browser type, IP address, and access timestamps for service operation and security purposes.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Service Delivery: To perform the cycling performance diagnostic and display your results
• Account Management: To manage your user account and test history
• Pricing: To track your test count for loyalty pricing
• Service Improvement: To improve our analysis algorithms and user experience

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase (Firestore and Authentication), hosted on servers within the European Economic Area. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with:

• Google Firebase: As our infrastructure provider for authentication, database, and file storage
• Payment processors: When processing test purchases (only transaction-relevant data)

6. Data Retention

Your account data and test history are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at info@adactiv.app.

Under the Swiss nDSG, you have the right to:

8. Health Data

The physiological metrics derived from your ride data (CP, VO₂max, power zones) may constitute health-related data under the nDSG. This data is processed exclusively for delivering the performance diagnostic you have requested. We handle this data with heightened security measures appropriate to its sensitive nature.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the Canton of Schwyz, Switzerland.
